  Benji is a rescue dog with a big heart and a zest for life, so not being blessed to have him from a puppy, we felt it was important for him to be have lots of fun playing and interacting with other dogs, which Wag 'n' Tails have clearly provided with a structured and compassionate approach.
  We would highly recommend Wag 'n' Tails, Michelle and Paul sincerely care about every dog in their care and their individual needs.

  Our chocolate lab, Edie (aka Sport Spice), has been going to Wag 'n' Tails for over three years, and we truly couldn’t imagine a better place … More for her. From the very beginning, Michelle and Paul have provided exceptional care and support — not just for Edie, but for us as new puppy owners too. Their phenomenal knowledge of dogs and their behaviour has helped Edie grow into a confident, well-socialised, and mature dog.
  The facilities are outstanding. There’s a huge paddock for the dogs to run and play, along with trampolines, climbing frames, and tunnels that keep them active and engaged. On rainy days, the purpose-built indoor space offers comfort and fun, as well as a cozy spot for nap time.
  Michelle and Paul go above and beyond — sending us regular photo and video updates throughout the day, celebrating the dogs’ birthdays with parties and treats, and making every dog feel like part of a loving pack. Edie absolutely adores them and the other dogs. She bounds up the path with excitement every time she goes, and comes home happy and exhausted.
  Thanks to Wag 'n' Tails, Edie has fantastic recall, is wonderfully social with other dogs and people, and is a joy to be around. We trust Michelle and Paul completely — they give their all to the dogs in their care, and we wouldn’t leave Edie with anyone else.

  Poppy our Labrador adores coming to Wag N Tails ! She pulls me up the path way every week and I have never seen her tail wag so hard ! Michelle and Paul … More look after the dogs beautifully and you can clearly tell they all have simply the best time ever - it is a dog’s pure paradise ! One of the highlights of my day is receiving the daily video and photo updates about what they’ve been up to with the running commentary! Whether it’s Carrot O’ clock or they are going off to Bark badous for one of the dog’s birthday parties ! The provision for the dogs here is utterly outstanding ! Thank you so much for looking after Poppy so beautifully for us! The dogs are so lucky with such a perfect and beautiful setting to bound around in as well as incredible agility courses, trampolines etc to name a few !

  Send your dogs here - they will adore you for it! We feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing Doggy Daycare. Wilfried (Wilfie) absolutely loves … More going - his whole body wiggles when we drop him off. Michelle and Paul are both super loving with all the dogs and send us regular WhatsApp videos, photos and updates throughout the day - their commentary is hilarious and makes us laugh out loud and smile. It is worth taking Wilfie just for those videos! I've shown many of our friends and colleagues the videos of Wilfie and told them stories of how well the dogs are treated - some are keen to move from London to be able to take their own dogs! Wilfie has lots of friends of all shapes, sizes and breeds and it's great to see all of them getting on so well. Wilfie has been going a couple of days a week for 6 months, since he was 3 months old, and he is a really well behaved puppy as a result - we are often complimented on how well behaved and chilled out he is for a Beagle (they're not a breed known for their good behaviour haha!). We put it COMPLETELY down to Michelle, Paul and their well thought through and safe setup of Wag'n'Tails- he is safely able to run around and get rid of lots of energy, play games and interact with other dogs and puppies. He is safe, well loved and stimulated. Michelle makes sure he gets his rest - often massaging his ears until he falls asleep haha. We are so grateful to have them ❤

  I moved into the area we live in about 2 years ago and discovered what can only be described as "Doggy Heaven on Earth!" You can tell a good daycare from simply reading your dogs behaviour - when I pull into the carpark at Wag'n'Tails and open the boot - my beloved 8 year old golden retriever (Marley) looks out and all 38kg of this gentle giant is trying to pull my arm off to get up the path to daycare! It's literally unbelieveable! Get out of the way Mum because I have places to be!!!! SEE YA! Is basically his attitude when we arrive at Michelle and Paul's daycare.
  Michelle and Paul are 2 extremely professional and exceedingly competent professionals. But what I love most about them is how much they obviously love the dogs. It is not just money or a business to them, they really love these dogs and the dogs in turn, REALLY love them back.
  Michelle and Paul send me videos across the day - and I can hear their hilarious commentary - I've laughed so much at all the doggy antics. Sometimes I play the videos from my phone at home for other people to see and Marley can hear Michelle's voice and laughter - he GOES LOOKING FOR HER IN MY HOUSE!!! I now have to turn the volume down if he is around so he doesn't go on a hunt looking for his bestie (Michelle).
  I love how much he loves going there. I never worry and I know he's having a brilliant day with Aunty Michelle and Uncle Paul. They are so professional and have helped me many times with tricky work schedules - being there at 6.30am in the winter dark and cold to receive Marley at the daycare so I can dash to the London train. Off he goes up to the nice warm, dry and heated purpose built barn with Paul - Paul with Marley's breakfast and dinner tucked under his arm.
  I frankly couldn't be happier if I was dropping Marley at my own Mum and Dad's house. That's how much I know he is cared for and loved.
  Can I recommend this daycare, 100% Yes. I'm so thrilled to have found them and so thrilled for Marley - like I said ... "I work hard, so my dog can live his best life!".

  Update from my previous post from approx. 2 years ago. The new daycare centre i took Paddy to didn’t work out, he hated going there and basically it wasn’t … More Wag ‘n Tails!! So not long after my previous post I made the decision to take him back to the lovely Michelle and Paul and with their wonderful help and support we have made it work. I just couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else and even though its a bit of a trek sometimes, its definitely worth it. They are the best at everything they do, not just doggy daycare but being the best friends ever too - I love those guys almost as much as Paddy does xxx

He attended wag'n'tails for several weeks, whilst … More we were in the process of purchasing our house. They had nothing but love and affection to give, and Whisky loved knowing he was in for a day of fun when we dropped him off. We loved their daily 'pupdates', and how he came back knackered each time he went from having so much fun!   We feel so fortunate to have Wagntails in the village. Its been an huge help for us with our busy jobs to have this incredible service available to Bonnie … More our very active Sprocker Spaniel pup. We have her in twice a week on average and she absolutely loves it! She pulls and pulls at her lead to get to the door to Wagntails every week, so much so we have to put her on a harness so she doesn't injure herself she's that excited to get there! We started taking her there as soon as she was old enough to go and it was great for her socialisation. Not only does it help us do our jobs but it makes us happy knowing Bonnie is having a great day and getting proper stimulation. Michelle and Paul do such a fantastic job, we honestly don't know what we'd do without them!

  Our puppy Mildred has attended Wag'n'Tails for much of this year. We wanted her to socialise more with other dogs as where we live and walk her, … More we don't often meet other dogs she can play with. Additionally we have an older dog who was initially finding a boisterous new puppy quite difficult and we wanted her to have a break (for a day week).
  Michelle and Paul have been brilliant - Mildred adores going to daycare. She loves playing with her friends (or 'duffing them up' - she is smaller than them mostly!) and has learnt so much in terms of socialising with other puppies and dogs.
  Michelle and Paul send us video updates each week which are always a joy to receive. They clearly care so much and have the best interests of the dogs in their care at the forefront of what they do.
  I have no hesitation in recommending anyone who has any doubts to go along and see how wonderful Wag'n'Tails is. Mildred will be the one running around madly and having fun....

  My cocker spaniel puppy absolutely loves going to Wag'n'Tails at least twice a week. This is what she'd say if she could write her own review: … More 'I have such fun when I go to see all my friends at Wag'n'Tails, and I jump around with excitement in the car when I know that's where we're going in the morning. The youngest puppies have made a little gang and we play together all the time. There are things to jump on and climb on, paddling pools to splash around in, lots and lots of space to run around (indoors and out) and lots of cuddles with the humans, Michelle and Paul. I love them both to bits and I think they love me too. They take great care of all of us, including making sure the younger ones have lots of downtime, but they make sure we mind our manners too: I'm much better at not barging through doors and gates than I used to be, for example - sometimes I even remember to sit before I go through! I'm much braver when we meet other dogs out on our walks now, and I'm so pleased that my mum found Wag'n'Tails - she couldn't have chosen a better place for me.'
